Mr. Charles Anichebe Ozor studied in various academic institutions in Nigeria, in the course of which he obtained a HND and an MBA. He has served the Bank in various capacities and Departments, and at highest levels of Management since 200).

Mr. Ozor is a member of the Chartered Institute of Nigeria (Micro Finance).

He was appointed the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer MID/CEO) of the Bank by the Board with effect from 1st August, 2021 following the expiration of the tenure of his predecessor, Mrs. Nnenna Nlaria Ekete on 31^st July, 2021, upon the latter's completion of a ten-year maximum tenor as the MD/CEO of the Bank. Mr. Ozor is married with children.
