Bank Condoles Fr. Aguigwo

The Board of Directors of Umuchinemere Pro-credit Microfinance Bank showed solidarity to its member, Rev. Fr. Dr. Geoffrey Aguigwo, when the Board Chairman Very Rev. Prof. Obiora Ike, led a delegation of the management team of the bank to condole Fr. Aguigwo on the death of his father, Pa. James Aguigwo.

The chairman condoled Fr. Aguigwo and the entire Aguigwo family of Akpugoeze in the Oji River local government area of Enugu to take heart and bear the loss of their patriarch with fortitude.

He said late Pa Aguigwo lived a good live worthy of emulation and urged those he left behind to follow his footsteps.

Monsignor Ike prayed for the repose of the soul of Pa Aguigwo in the bosom of the Lord.

Responding, Fr. Aguigwo, who is the bank's Director in charge of Audit, expressed gratitude to the Bank on behalf of his family. He saw the entire bank's solidarity to him as a call to him to put extra energy in the service of the Lord and also as a challenge to every one to do good to mankind.

He called for the continued unity and progress of the bank. The Bank's management had earlier paid a condolence visit to Fr. Aguigwo, while the bank was adequately represented at the funeral obsequies of Pa. Aguigwo.
