The 18th Annual General Meeting of Umuchinemere Pro-credit Microfinance Bank Enugu will hold on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Ofu Obi Africa Centre, No.2-8, Arochukwu Crescent, Independence Layout, Enugu at 12noon to receive and consider the bank's 2013 Annual Report and Account; to declare dividend, among others purposes.
The transfer books and register of the company's members closed from November 14-15, 2014.
