Umuchinemere Procredit Microfinance Bank, UPMFB, Limited Board of Directors under the Chairmanship of Monsignor Professor Doctor Obiora Francis Ike, has approved the promotion of fifty-two employees.
The promotion exercise carried out in tune with best practices and principles of Staff Annual Performance Appraisal Report and Balanced Scorecard Key Performance Indicator, elevated ten Management Staff comprising seven males and three females.
Other newly promoted employees are forty-two middle level Staff consisting twenty-five females and seventeen males.
