On 28th March 2026, Umuchinemere Pro-Credit Microfinance Bank (UPMFB) conducted its second staff training programme for the year, facilitated by Dr. Okechukwu Cyprian Ezeagu, FCIB, MCIB, FERP.
The training, themed “Attitude to Work,” underscored the Bank’s commitment to excellence in service delivery. Recognizing that productivity and performance are core pillars of the banking system, UPMFB continues to invest in staff capacity building to ensure efficient, professional, and quality operations across all units.
The session focused on cultivating a positive work ethic, enhancing workplace discipline, and aligning staff conduct with the Bank’s vision of delivering reliable financial services that promote integral human development.
Through regular training and retraining, UPMFB reaffirms its dedication to maintaining high professional standards for the benefit of its customers and the wider community.
